VICTORIA DOUBLE OVENS

With two cavities to cook in, double ovens offer plenty of choice, flexibility and oven space ideal for family cooking or if you need the extra space for entertaining guests.

The separate grill compartment is great for quick cooking or browning foods such as pork chops and sausages. 

Telescopic rails included as standard

Selected ovens include a set of telescopic rails as standard (usually an additional purchase)

Extending telescopic rails allows users easy access into the oven to safely check hot food, particularly useful when grilling

Depending on the model, some telescopic rails extend partially or fully.

CLOSED DOOR GRILLING

Closed door grilling allows you to grill with the door closed, keeping cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen to ensure a safe cooking environment and reduced energy consumption.

Easy clean enamel interior

The enamel finish of the oven cavity has a special antacid lining which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface.

Vapor cleaning

The eco-friendly Vapor Clean function makes cleaning easy through the use of steam. Simply put a little water mixed with detergent into the hollow of the oven base to generate vapor and release burnt on food from the walls of the oven

Traditional cooking functions
  • Upper and lower element only: a traditional cooking method best suited for single items located in the centre of the oven. the top pf the oven will always be hottest. Ideal for roast, fruit cakes, bread etc. Static
  • Fan with upper and lower elements: The elements combined with the fan aim to provide more uniform heat, a similar method to conventional cooking, so pre-heat is required. Most suitable for items requiring slow cooking methods. Fan assisted
  • Circulaire:  The combination of the fan and circular element around it gives a hot air cooking method. This provides many benefits including no preheat if cook time is more than 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy, and shorter cook times. Good for all types of food. Ciculaire
  • Circulaire with upper and lower elements: The use of the fan with both elements allows food to be cooked quickly and effectively, ideal for large joints that require thorough cooking. It offers a similar result to rotisserie, moving the heat around the food, instead of moving the food itself, enabling any size or shape to be cooked. Turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan)
  • ECO: The combination of the grill, fan and lower element is particularly suitable for cooking small quantities of food. ECO
  • Grill element: Using of grill gives excellent results when cooking meat of medium and small portions, especially when combined with a rotisserie (where possible). Also ideal for cooking sausages and bacon. Large grill
  • Fan with grill element: The fan reduces the fierce heat from the grill, providing an excellent method of grilling various foods, chops, steaks, sausages etc. giving even browning and heat distribution, without drying out the food. The top two levels recommended for use, and the lower part of the oven can be used to keep items warm at the same time, an excellent facility when cooking a grilled breakfast. Half grill (centre portion only) is ideal for small quantities of food. Fan grill (large)
  • Lower heating element only: This function is ideal for foods that require extra base temperature without browning, e.g. pastry dishes, pizza. Also suitable for slow cooking of stews and casseroles. Base
  • Circogas: In gas ovens the fan distributes the heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven cavity, avoiding flavour transfer when cooking a number of different dishes at the same time. In electric ovens this combination completes cooking more quickly of foods that are ready on the surface, but that require more cooking inside, without further browning. Fan assisted base
