The oven is able to automatically calculate and load the right amount of water needed. You can choose whether to cook with 100% steam or when in combined mode, by selecting the percentage best suited to your cooking needs, with an intensity which can range from 30% to 70% steam, for perfect results every time.
The reheat function allows you to heat previously cooked food which has been kept cool or in the fridge, whilst also preserving the quality of the food.
Smeg Connect, WiFi enabled ovens allow you to control your appliance by phone or tablet. This is perfect for preheating your oven, setting oven functions and programmes ready for cooking when you return home.
The SmegConnect App allows you to add and personalise recipes, try some preloaded Smeg favourites and even share ingredients needed for a dish to ensure you have the groceries you need.

Temperature probes ensure perfect cooking results every time. The core temperature of food is monitored via a sensor located in the tip of the probe. By inserting into the thickest part of the meat, various cuts and sizes can be cooked precisely & to your preferred temperature for complete cooking control and truly succulent dishes.
Selected ovens include a set of telescopic rails as standard (usually an additional purchase)
Extending telescopic rails allows users easy access into the oven to safely check hot food, particularly useful when grilling.
