The 110cm wide SYD4110-1 cooker features a multifunction main oven and auxiliary oven, both offering conventional and fan cooking. They each have a generous 61 litre net capacity, 4 shelf positions and feature side opening doors.

In addition, there is a separate 36 litre fully variable grill for controllable closed door grilling on two levels, as well as a convenient pullout storage drawer for pans and baking trays.

7 BURNER GAS HOB

This flexible gas hob has 7 variable power burners including a large, high power wok burner.

A stainless steel teppanyaki grill plate is also available as an optional extra, which can be placed over two burners for direct contact cooking.

 

HANDLES & RAILS

The oven handles cover the width of each cavity whilst a handrail, spanning the width of the cooker, is perfect for hanging towels on.

TOUCH TIMER DISPLAY

The touch timer display guarantees simple functionality. They display the time, set programmed cooking and the minute minder timer.

ECLIPSE BLACK GLASS

This innovative, premium material appears jet black when the oven is off, yet transparent when the oven is turned on and the light illuminates the cavity

Easy clean enamel interior

The enamel finish of the oven cavity has a special antacid lining which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface.

Vapor Clean Programme

Smeg ovens offer a vapor clean programme designed to generate steam to help release burnt on food from the walls of the oven. Vapour cleaning is straightforward, simply put a little water & detergent into the hollow in the oven base and select the vapour setting

CLOSED DOOR GRILLING

Closed door grilling allows you to grill with the door closed, keeping cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen to ensure a safe cooking environment and reduced energy consumption.

SIDE OPENING DOORS

This cooker has side opening doors which allow easy access letting you get closer to the oven, especially useful for people with mobility limitations.

EXTRA STORAGE

Traditional cooking functions
  • Upper and lower element only: a traditional cooking method best suited for single items located in the centre of the oven. the top pf the oven will always be hottest. Ideal for roast, fruit cakes, bread etc. Static
  • Fan with upper and lower elements: The elements combined with the fan aim to provide more uniform heat, a similar method to conventional cooking, so pre-heat is required. Most suitable for items requiring slow cooking methods. Fan assisted
  • Circulaire:  The combination of the fan and circular element around it gives a hot air cooking method. This provides many benefits including no preheat if cook time is more than 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy, and shorter cook times.   • ECO: The combination of the grill, fan and lower element is particularly suitable for cooking small quantities of food. ECO
  • Circogas: In gas ovens the fan distributes the heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven cavity, avoiding flavour transfer when cooking a number of different dishes at the same time. In electric ovens this combination completes cooking more quickly of foods that are ready on the surface, but that require more cooking inside, without further browning. Fan assisted base
