About Helen Graham
Helen Graham is one of London’s most exciting vegetable-led chefs. As former Executive Chef of Bubala, she helped grow the restaurant from a small pop-up in 2018 into two critically acclaimed locations, earning a reputation as one of the capital’s best vegetarian dining spots with her bold, flavour-driven approach to vegetables.
Since leaving Bubala in 2023, Helen has appeared on Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch, hosted pop-ups across London, and written recipes for publications including the Financial Times, Delicious and Ocado. With over a decade of experience — including time at Ottolenghi and on the launch teams for The Barbary and The Palomar — she’s known for vibrant, Middle Eastern-inspired cooking that puts vegetables centre stage.
