The smallest design details can make a big difference, which is why the new Dolce Stil Novo collection introduces even more freedom to personalise your kitchen.

Each appliance comes with a titanium trim as standard, creating a contemporary and understated finishing touch. Appliances, however, can be personalised with a copper or stainless steel trim kit, giving you the flexibility to coordinate your appliances with the colours, finishes and materials used elsewhere in your kitchen. Choose the warmth of copper, the timeless appeal of stainless steel or the subtle finish of titanium. Each option creates a distinctly different look while maintaining the unmistakable Dolce Stil Novo design. And as your kitchen evolves, your appliances can evolve with it. Behind its minimalist appearance, Dolce Stil Novo brings together some of Smeg’s most advanced cooking technology, designed to make everything from everyday meals to more ambitious dishes easier to prepare.

The Omnichef oven brings traditional cooking, steam and microwave technology together within a single oven. Used individually or in combination, each technology plays a different role. Traditional heat delivers structure and browning; steam helps preserve moisture and texture, while microwave technology helps reduce cooking times.

The SteamOne and Steam100Pro ovens offer further possibilities for steam cooking, while Speedwave combines traditional and microwave functions for faster preparation.

Automatic programmes and intuitive touch controls on the ovens make it easier to find the right settings and achieve the best cooking results.

Intelligent cooking, connected

Dolce Stil Novo induction hobs combine precise controls with flexible cooking zones and intelligent pan detection, giving you greater freedom over how you cook. With Autovent 2.0, compatible induction hobs can also communicate directly with the Dolce Stil Novo hood. As you cook, the hood automatically adjusts its extraction level according to the power being used on the hob, helping to create a smoother cooking experience while keeping the kitchen comfortable.

For those who prefer cooking with gas, Dolce Stil Novo gas-on-glass hobs combine a sleek ceramic glass surface with precise flame control and Smeg’s distinctive vertical flame burners.

Designed for the whole kitchen

Dolce Stil Novo goes beyond cooking appliances, creating a coordinated collection that can flow throughout the kitchen.

The range includes 60 cm ovens and 45 cm compact ovens, alongside induction and gas hobs, allowing different cooking technologies and configurations to be combined to suit your space and the way you cook.

A built-in coffee machine brings café-style coffee into the kitchen, with a full-touch interface and a menu covering everything from espresso to milk-based drinks.

For wine lovers, built-in wine coolers help create the right conditions for storing your collection, with UV-protective glass and features designed to limit vibration and unwanted odours. The 60 cm model also offers two independently managed temperature zones.

Coordinated warming, vacuum and sommelier drawers complete the collection, offering additional solutions for food preparation, serving and wine tasting, while the 90 cm chimney hood brings extraction into the same streamlined design language.
