Diet Coke x Smeg

No stranger to collaborations, Smeg’s latest exciting partnership with Diet Coke went off with a bang at the recent launch party hosted at the Smeg flagship store in London.
Full of glitz and glamour, the star-studded event was packed with V.I.P.s and influencers who were greeted with canapés, fizz and, of course, Diet Coke!  Guests got a sneak peek at the Diet Coke x Smeg mini fridges up for grabs as part of an on-pack Diet Coke campaign this September, followed by an evening of fun filled entertainment and a chance to take a break... "just for the chill of it!"

Working with a brand like Diet Coke that mirrors many of our own values is extremely important to us - Smeg

Disco sensation Sophie Ellis-Bexter wowed guests with some of her chart topping songs including ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ to a rapturous ovation.

Many may remember her popular kitchen discos hosted throughout lockdown - all taking place in the heart of Sophie's home, the Kitchen! After providing the nation with some much needed entertainment during such a difficult time, Sophie was the perfect choice to join Diet Coke x Smeg.

Keeping the party going was model Jack Guinness, our resident DJ for the night, whilst Vogue columnist Raven Smith entertained guests with a series of hilarious live memes.

The wow factor

In prime position stood a huge 9ft tall retro fridge featuring the iconic Diet Coke branding.
Once opened, the enormous fridge revealed an impressive ice sculpture with a single can of diet coke delicately suspended within the ice.

The perfect backdrop for a cool selfie!
