The external temperature probe has two probe programmes. The first is a probe target which sets the target core temperature and automatically stops cooking once the food hits this level – great for meat, fish and eggs which need to meet a specific temperature without overcooking. The second is a probe timer which sets a target cooking temperature over time and maintains it until the desired cooking level is reached, ideal for slow cooking and sous-vide.

With these features, precision is guaranteed, so you can create culinary masterpieces with confidence.

Versatile Cooking Options

To enhance ease of use, the Portable Induction Hob comes equipped with various preset cooking programmes, including options for barbecuing and frying dishes. These presets simplify the cooking process, making it easy to achieve delicious results with just the touch of a button.

Within the Barbecue preset, three cooking settings are available for ease of use; one for vegetables (b1), another for fish and poultry (b2), and the other for burgers, steaks and bacon (b3). These settings prove invaluable when on a staycation ensuring effortless grilling. Similarly, within the Fry preset, three cooking settings are available; one for fresh ingredients (f1), another for frozen dishes (f2) and a third for desserts (f3).
There is also a preset mode for Keep warm which maintains a low temperature, ideal for serving up dishes to family and friends without compromising their freshness.

The convenience of this hob is unparalleled. It offers limitless possibilities for cooking wherever and whenever you desire. Its compact size, featuring a 12-24cm hob compatible single cooking zone, ensures it fits seamlessly into any space, whether you're cooking in a cramped kitchen or utilising it during culinary adventures.

Navigating the hob is effortless with the touch control slider allowing you to select the desired power level with precision. The red LED display provides a clear indication of the selected power level, which ranges up to 9 levels along with a boost feature for when added power is needed.

Another level of convience is provided by the countdown timer, which allows you to set precise cooking times up to 99 minutes, whether you need to monitor cooking progress or simply want to halt the cooking cycle at a specific moment.
