Using the SMEG Air Fryer.

Air Fryer Puff pastry panzerott

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 Puff pastry rolls

  • 2 Mozzarellas

  • 200g Tomato sauce

  • 200g Ham

Method

  1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut disks 12 cm diameter.
  2. On each disk, put a slice of ham , 1 spoon of tomato sacue and some mozzarella cubes.
  3. Fold the disk and press the end with a fork.
  4. Cook in manual mode at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot Juicy+Crispy function and press start.
