Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini Cocktail served in a martini glass with a creamy froth, garnished with 3 coffee beans.

Ingredients

  • 50g Golden Caster Sugar
  • Ice
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 25ml Freshly Brewed Espresso, Cooled
  • 25ml Coffee Liquer
  • 2 Coffee Beans

Method

  1. Pour 25ml boiling water over the sugar and stir until dissolved. Leave to cool completely.
  2. Attach the notched whisk to the Smeg MFF11 milk frother jug. Add the ice, vodka, cooled espresso, coffee liqueur and the cooled sugar syrup.
     
  3. Set the frother to the cold light froth function and run for 10-15 seconds, stopping when the mixture turns pale, foamy and silky.
     
  4. Using a fine sieve, pour immediately into a chilled martini glass.
     
  5. Garnish with coffee beans and enjoy
