Ingredients
- 3 large Desiree potatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Grate the potatoes on a large box grater, season with salt and pepper
- In a hot large non-stick frying pan, add the olive oil. Then carefully add the grated potatoes, push down in the pan, so the potatoes take the shape of the base of the pan.
- Cook gently for 5 mins then toss the rosti to the other side cook for a further 5 mins. Serve immediately.
