Ingredients

6 Sausages
1 Roll of pre-made Puff Pastry
Your Favourite Chilli Jam or any leftover chutney
1 egg
Cornish Sea Salt Everything Bagel Seasoning

Method

Grab a sausage that has a load of flavour, get creative with your sausage flavourings. Roll out the pack of puff pastry and cut lengthwise into two pieces.
Spread a thin layer of chilli jam over the pastry, then squeeze the sausages out of the casings in a line on the pastry.
Fold the pastry over the sausages and crimp the edges with a fork, egg wash all over, then sprinkle generously with Cornish Sea Salt Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake in your Smeg Speedwave Oven using the Combination Microwave function at 180°C for 10 minutes, at 300watts, and serve immediately. If you’re using a regular oven, you can apply the same temperature settings and cook for 20 minutes.
