The wide bottom and low sides of the 28cm diameter, 3.7 litre pan, mean that it is suitable for all kinds of cooking including sauces, braised dishes and vegetable dishes.

The internal non-stick ceramic coating is resistant to scratches, abrasions and high temperatures, and facilitates cooking without the addition of fat. Easy to clean, the coating is made without PFAS, nickel and heavy metals, for safe, every day use. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, the coating is also oven safe up to 250 °C, for even more versatile recipes.

Patented base for superior heat distribution

The shape of the base ensures even heat distribution and the patented method of fixing the steel base to the aluminum body prevents deformation.

Premium handles and lids, built to last

Made of stainless steel, all handles are resistant, durable and compatible with high temperatures. The slots ensure optimal drainage of water during washing.
The covers are made of tempered glass and a steel knob. They have a steam outlet that improves usability and thanks to their transparency, makes it easy to monitor cooking.
