The functional design of the HBFP11 accessory allows you to replace the discs in an instant, so you can switch from one function to another in a flash. Grating mature cheeses is no longer a problem, and preparing a delicious vegan hamburger with a creamy home-made mayonnaise is easy as pie! Simply replace the disc, and you’re good to go!
The grating disc enables you to select either a fine or coarse cut - ideal for grating raw vegetables, chocolate, mature cheeses, walnuts, almonds and other nuts without shells. For slicing, simply select the disc designed for this purpose - it features a blade adjustment system, for slice thicknesses of up to 6 mm.
The Tritan™ Renew bowl features measuring intervals (1500 ml/6 cups – 48 oz/1,5 liters) , anti-slip feet and removable gear box. The Bowl is dishwasher safe and accompanied with BPA-free pusher. Included in the pack there are also one Adjustable slicer disc (0 - 6 mm/ 0 - 0.23 in) with stainless steel blade, one whipping disc, one chopping stainless steel S blades and one reversible stainless steel shredding disc for coarse or fine shredding.
