CARAMEL CAPPUCCINO

Caramel cappuccino

INGREDIENTS

For the coffee cream:

  • 6 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar

For the caramel cappuccino:

  • 250 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of caramel

To garnish:

  • Almonds
  • Caramel

METHOD

Add the instant coffee, water and sugar into a jug and whisk with an electric whisk for a few seconds until the mixture becomes creamy, to create your coffee cream.

Refrigerate your mixture for a few minutes.

Prepare the cappuccino using the milk frother. Pour in all the milk and then select the "dense foam" function to start frothing the milk.

Put a teaspoon of caramel at the bottom of your cup or glass and pour in the cappuccino.

Add the coffee cream on top and then garnish with almonds and more caramel!
