Pumpkin Spice Latte


For the almond milk:

  • 200g peeled almonds
  • 1L water

For the pumpkin spice latte:

  • 200g pumpkin puree 
  • 30g sugar
  • 60g coffee
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Whipped cream


  1. In a jug add the almonds and the water. Cover with a lid and let it rest for at least one hour.
  2. Pour the mix into the blender jug, select speed 7 and press start. Blend for at least 1 minute.
  3. Filter with cheesecloth and pour the milk into a bottle.
  4. In a saucepan, mix the pumpkin puree with cinnamon, honey, sugar and 600ml of almond milk.
  5. Heat everything well. Pour in a glass or a cup, add the coffee and hot almond milk to taste.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
