Professional range cooker

Its clean, sharp lines, reminiscent of professional kitchen appliances, burst with personality thanks to the bright, Mediterranean-inspired colours and attention to every detail. Portofino 120 is as much a piece of furniture as an appliance: it can be slotted in between kitchen units to offer a seamless, gap-free installation for the hob, or else installed free-standing to fully show off the beauty of its coloured side panels with baseboard.

A chef's dream

With a width of 120 cm, Portofino offers 5 different cooking types for versatility and quality comparable to professional kitchen appliances. The hob comprises induction, three gas burners– including one ultra-rapid burner – and an electric teppanyaki plate for preparing delicious grilled dishes Asian style. Beneath the hob are two ovens: one multifunction oven with Direct Steam technology, and a Pyrolytic oven.

ERGONOMIC CONTROLS

Portofino cookers feature large, professional-style control knobs which are extremely ergonomic.

Temperature probe

Temperature probes ensure perfect cooking results every time. The core temperature of food is monitored via a sensor located in the tip of the probe. By inserting into the thickest part of the meat, various cuts and sizes can be cooked precisely & to your preferred temperature for complete cooking control and truly succulent dishes.

EXTRA STORAGE

The 120cm Portofino cooker has two handy storage compartments, one below each oven, perfect for storing shelves and trays when not in use or other items.

Soft close doors

Portofino cooker doors are equipped with smooth soft close hinges which can make all the difference when opening & shutting the door regularly.

Cooking without limits

Two independent ovens with different technologies to cook dishes with completely different flavours and preparation processes for numerous diners. Direct Steam technology uses steam to improve the results of traditional cooking, while the powerful electric oven with pyrolytic cleaning function combines practicality with class A+ energy efficiency. Thanks to the pyrolytic function, cleaning your oven has never been so easy.

DIRECT STEAM

The evaporation tray distributes steam inside the oven cavity, allowing you to create healthier dishes, minimise meat shrinkage and reduce cooking times.

 

CLOSED DOOR GRILLING

Closed door grilling allows you to grill with the door closed, keeping cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen to ensure a safe cooking environment and reduced energy consumption.

Easy clean enamel interior

The enamel finish of the oven cavity has a special antacid lining which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface.

5 cooking levels

5 different cooking levels guarantee maximum flexibility, allowing you to cook different dishes at the same time. Ideal when you need to quickly  prepare more dishes or large quantities of food.

Type

Pyrolitic: Pyrolitic cleaning cycles can be selected as necessary to automatically clean the oven interior. A DIRECT STEAM oven has 1 steam cooking function to which the user can MANUALLY add
steam. The function is activated when the user turns the function knob to the STEAM ON position, and
deactivated when the user turns the steam knob to the STEAM OFF position. The user decides at the
start of the cooking process how much water to load, up to 250ml. The water in the cavity then
becomes steam during the cooking process.

Traditional cooking functions
  • Upper and lower element only: a traditional cooking method best suited for single items located in the centre of the oven. the top pf the oven will always be hottest. Ideal for roast, fruit cakes, bread etc. Static
  • Fan with upper and lower elements: The elements combined with the fan aim to provide more uniform heat, a similar method to conventional cooking, so pre-heat is required. Most suitable for items requiring slow cooking methods. Fan assisted
  • Circulaire:  The combination of the fan and circular element around it gives a hot air cooking method. This provides many benefits including no preheat if cook time is more than 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy, and shorter cook times.   • Circulaire with upper and lower elements: The use of the fan with both elements allows food to be cooked quickly and effectively, ideal for large joints that require thorough cooking. It offers a similar result to rotisserie, moving the heat around the food, instead of moving the food itself, enabling any size or shape to be cooked. Turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan)
  • ECO: The combination of the grill, fan and lower element is particularly suitable for cooking small quantities of food. ECO
  • Half grill: For rapid cooking and browning of foods. Best results can be obtained by using the top shelf for small items, the lower shelves for larger ones, such as chops or sausages. For half grill heat is generated only at the centre of the element, so is ideal for smaller quantities. Small grill
  • Grill element: Using of grill gives excellent results when cooking meat of medium and small portions, especially when combined with a rotisserie (where possible). Also ideal for cooking sausages and bacon. Large grill
  • Fan with grill element: The fan reduces the fierce heat from the grill, providing an excellent method of grilling various foods, chops, steaks, sausages etc. giving even browning and heat distribution, without drying out the food.
