Oven mode

Ideal for delicate preparations, it allows you to adjust the upper plate for a gentler and more controlled cooking.

Contact mode

The plates are in direct contact with the food, ensuring uniform and rapid cooking. Ideal for burgers, sandwiches, vegetables and grilled meats.

BBQ mode

By opening the grill completely, you have twice the cooking surface, allowing you to prepare more food at the same time without mixing flavours or ingredients.

Sear function for a golden crust

For perfectly seared meat, the Sear function heats the plates to over 250°C for 30 seconds, creating an intense burst of heat that helps form a beautifully golden crust. You can then continue cooking at a lower temperature, helping the meat remain tender and juicy inside.
