The TSF02 four slice toaster makes it onto the Which? Best Buy list.

Smeg are delighted to announce that TSF02 the four-slice toaster has been given the Which? Best Buy award. The toaster, which launched last September, was put through its paces, being tested across the board.

“This is a good toaster that jumps straight into our Best Buy list,” said the review, which also praised the model for its stylish aesthetic: “It’s a good toaster, with the iconic Smeg look, and you won’t be disappointed with the results.”

The beautifully crafted toaster is created using deep drawn sheet steel, and comes in a variety of different colours. The pastel blue model was the colour chosen for the test, with the cream, black, red and chrome versions also available. The colours are the perfect match with Smeg’s existing large appliances, perfect for those who like to co-ordinate their kitchen and make a real impact with colour. The toaster includes two extra-wide slots that are ideal for bagels and crumpets, six toasting levels and four functions (defrost, reheat, cancel and a bagel setting). Other features that were praised include a touch-release removable stainless steel crumb tray, illuminated dial while in operation and non-slip feet.

Smeg’s brand manager John Davies says: “We’re delighted that the TSF02 has been recognised by Which? with a Best Buy and that it received such high scores across the board. Combining style with technology and functionality, it’s a must-have for any kitchen and complements the other small domestic appliances in our collection.”

Designed and launched in Milan and the result of over three years’ development, Smeg’s small domestic appliance collection includes the KLF01 kettle, SMF01 stand mixer, TSF01 two-slice toaster and BLF01 blender.
