Cold brew tonic

Fresh and sparkling, this cold brew tonic combines the smooth richness of coffee with the crispness of tonic water. Served over ice and finished with a slice of lemon, it’s a bright, refreshing drink with a hint of bitterness.

25–30 ml Espresso
Ice cubes, to taste
Tonic water, to taste
1 Lemon slice

Fill a glass with ice and tonic water halfway.

Grind the coffee (setting 10–12), insert and tamp the grounds into the portafilter.

Place the glass under the portafilter and extract a cold brew directly into the glass.

Garnish with a lemon slice.
