Watermelon, Vodka and Pepper Cocktail

A bold summer cocktail made with fresh watermelon juice, vodka, and a touch of black pepper. Refreshing, fruity, and slightly spicy.

Three glasses of red watermelon juice garnished with black pepper and fresh watermelon wedges on a white table.

1 Kg watermelon

100 ml vodka

a pinch pepe

Peel melon. Chop into chunks and feed into the juicer.

Mix with vodka in a ratio of one part to five, and add ice.

Sprinkle with a pinch of freshly ground pepper.

Set the lever to Close at the beginning, and Half-Open when the juice starts to appear.

Use the Smeg juice extractor with coarse strainer.
