Breakfast Muffins

1. Fit the flat plate on the base and the griddle plate on the lid, then preheat the MultiGrill to 200°C.

2. Once preheated, place the sausage patties on the base and close the lid. Cook for 2 minutes, until golden.

3. Open the lid and add a slice of cheese to each patty, if desired. Crack the eggs onto the base and lower the lid into oven mode at level 2. This allows the eggs to cook on the base while the top plate cooks the yolks. Depending on the size of the eggs, this should take 2–4 minutes.

4. Place the sliced English muffins on the griddle plate, then lower the lid into oven mode to toast.

5. Once all the components are cooked, assemble the breakfast muffins and serve.
