Steam cooking is a natural and healthy way to preserve vitamins and nutrients in food.

This extremely versatile way of cooking allows a huge variety of different foods to be expertly cooked such as seafood, pasta, meat and rice, providing restaurant quality results every time.

There are three types of Galileo steam generation ovens to choose from; Steam one offers up to 40% humidity with a manual water loading system, whilst steam100 and steam100 Pro offers up to 100% humidity with a fill & hide water loading system.
Steam100 pro ovens produce a professional level of cooking, save time, and make your cooking experience unique.
The Multistep function allows you to cook using traditional and steam functions sequentially.
First to preserve the taste of your food and give it the right crunch; then secondly to allow more delicate and healthy cooking maintaining tenderness.
The oven's smart cooking technology does all the hard work for you. Simply enter the type of ingredient you wish to cook, and its weight and the oven will work out the perfect temperature and time it needs to cook to perfection. To make things even simpler, there are also pre-set recipes to choose from, so whatever your cooking experiences, you can create outstanding dishes with minimal effort.
Some models come with a 3-point multi-tip temperature probe that, using advanced technology, professionally controls the internal temperature of your food. It measures at 3 different points for maximum accuracy.
Some also have a delta T function that will self-adjust based on the temperature detected at various points of the food. This ensures cooking uniformity between the core and the outside of the food. You can choose between three different cooking modes (slow, medium and fast) and set any desired core temperature to produce tender, juicy, healthy results of the highest quality.
Sous vide cooking in a steam100 or Steam100 Pro oven is the best way to cook food without altering its nutritional properties and quality. It is also an extremely healthy and natural type of cooking.
The Sous vide function allows the heat to be transferred efficiently from the steam to the food, preventing the loss of flavour through the oxidation and evaporation of nutrients and humidity during cooking.
This type of cooking creates deliciously mouthwatering results.
Steam ovens are often purchased in addition to the main oven and can be compact in size.

The cavity of all Galileo ovens has been completely redesigned for better heat distribution which allows for even better cooking and browning results. The new airflow system also ensures no flavour transfer between dishes, so you can cook sweet and savoury meals all at once. Other improvements include a new smooth rounded cavity that has been welded for easy cleaning, a new easier-to-remove internal door, and soft hinges for soft, silent opening and closing of the door.
