Avocado toast

A vibrant take on a classic, this avocado toast is layered with beetroot hummus, creamy avocado slices, and a sprinkle of seeds for texture. Colourful, fresh, and perfect for a nourishing bite any time of day.

100 g Black sesame seeds
Sesame oil, to taste
Salt, to taste
400 g Beetroot
240 g Chickpeas
1 Lemon
Cumino, a pinch
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
1 Bread
1 Avocado
Mixed seeds, to taste

Cut the bread and place it in the oven until it’s toasted. Blend the beetroot, the chickpeas, the sesame seed, the sesame oil, the cumin, and the lemon juice. Season with salt.

Spread the hummus on the bread slices. Place avocado thin slices on the beetroot cream in a fan-shaped way. Pour over some linseed and poppy seed.
