Shrimps and zucchini flan

A delicate flan made with shrimp, zucchini, soy milk and eggs. Light, savoury and gently baked in a bain marie for a smooth texture.

60 g Zucchini
120 g Shrimps
200 g Soy milk
2 Eggs
5 g Salt
1 g Pepper
3 g Butter

In a bowl, mix well soy milk, eggs, salt and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and set aside. Cut the courgettes into 4 parts lengthwise and again into thin slices. Also cut the shrimp into small pieces.
