Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt, to taste

Massage the steak well with oil and salt. If desired, you can add pepper or a marinade to taste. Insert the probe into the meat.

Smart Cooking

Insert the stake in the Smeg oven with Smart Cooking function. Bake the steak on the 2nd shelf using the rack provided and a 50 mm drip pan. Set up the Smart Cooking - Meat - Beef - Rib steak path. When cooked, rest the meat on a grill for 5 minutes before serving.
