Baked Meatloaf

A tender, savoury meatloaf with rich flavour. Perfect for an everyday main course.

600 g Minced meet
3 Eggs
50 g Breadcrumbs
100 ml Milk
50 g Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Nutmeg, to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, salt to taste, then mix all the ingredients vigorously. Spread a sheet of parchment paper at least 45 cm long on a shelf and cover it with a very thin veil of EVO oil; if necessary, help yourself with your hands.

Flatten the filling on the baking paper with your hands, obtaining a uniform cylinder of about 35 cm in length. Wrap the cylinder with baking paper. Tighten well and roll the ends inwards. Place on a plate and bake.

Place the meatloaf in the Smeg oven with the Smart Cooking funcion. Set the Smart Cooking path - Meat - Mixed - Meatloaf path, and bake on shelf 2 of the oven using a 50 mm drip pan.

When cooked, wait about 20 minutes before serving.
