Roast veal

Veal seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper, then roasted in the oven until tender. A refined and flavourful main course for any occasion.

1 kg Roast veal
Extra virgin olive oil, 2 spoons
3 g Salt
3 g Pepper

Season the meat with olive oil, salt and pepper while kneading it. If desired, add aromas to taste. Place the probe in the meat.

Select the program Smart Cooking > Meat > Veal > Roast veal, then place the meat on the second shelf of the oven using a 50mm baking tray and the supplied grill.

Once cooked let the meat rest for 15 minutes outside the oven.
