METHOD

Mix the buttermilk, the oil, the egg, the matcha powder, and the vanillin. Sift the flour, the baking soda, the sugar, and the baking powder. Turn on the stand mixer with the leaf beater mounted and mix the liquid ingredients with the powdered ones. Divide the mixture into the ramekins.

Place in the oven at 180° for 12/15 min.

For the frosting: whip the cream with the whisk accessory of your Smeg set, adding the sugar and the vanillin until the foam is thick and glossy.

Top the cupcakes with cream and matcha powder.
