HAND BLENDER WITH ACCESSORIES

METHOD

Mash the boiled potatoes with a potato masher and add flour, salt, oil and pepper to it. Using an ice cream ball maker, divide your mashed mix into small portions. Flatten the mix and fry in boiling oil.

Blend all the ingredients of the mayonnaise, whipping it with the whisk tool. Serve the pancake piled up like coins. Garnish with chive and your freshly made mayonnaise.
