METHOD

Dry marinate the ribs for 30 minutes, allowing the meat to absorb the salt and aromas. Place in a pan and cover with foil.

Smart cooking automatic cooking option

Place the ribs on the third shelf of the oven using the supplied grill and a 50mm baking tray. Select the program Smart cooking > Meat > Beef > Beef ribs

Traditional - steam combined - microwave combined cooking options

Step 1: cover the ribs with parchment paper, place them on the third shelf of the oven and cook on circular function mode at 135°C for 162 minutes.

Step 2: Select the turbo function and keep on cooking at 250°C for 15 minutes.
