Place all the spices, salt and pepper in a spice grinder or mortar until you get a coarse powder. Knead the chicken with olive oil and then season it well, inside and outside, with the spices powder. If desired you can let the chicken marinate for the night in the refrigerator.
Smart Cooking automatic cooking option
Select the program Smart cooking > Meat > Chicken Turkey > Roast and place the meat on the second shelf of the oven. Once cooked let it rest outside the oven for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Steam combined cooking option
Step 1: Place the chicken on the second shelf when the oven is still cold. Select the program Circular Steam and cook at 200°C for 50 minutes.
Step 2: select the Turbo function and cook at 250°C for 5 minutes. Once cooked let it rest outside the oven for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Traditional - microwave combined cooking option
Step 1: Place the chicken on the second shelf when the oven is still cold. Select the program Circular Steam and cook at 200°C for 55 minutes.
Step 2: Select the Turbo function and cook at 250°C for 5 minutes. Once cooked let it rest outside the oven for at least 10 minutes before serving.
