Select the cooking sequences with the multitech function and begin by pre-heating the oven at 180°C.
In the meanwhile:
In a small pyrex tray mix all the smitana sauce ingredients well and let rest.
In a big pyrex tray season the mushrooms with the remaining ingredients. use your hands to mix well everything. Leave to rest.
Place the parchment paper on a steel baking tray together with the fillets marinated in oil, salt and pepper.
When ready start cooking.
Multitech cooking option
Step 1: Select the fan-assisted mode and place the tray with the smitana sauce on the first shelf of the oven. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Select the fan-assisted mode and place the sautéed mushrooms on the third shelf of the oven and bake at 150°C for 4 minutes.
Step 3: Select the grill mode and place the fillets on the fifth shelf of the oven and bake at 190°C for 12 minutes.
